As a nutritionist, I bring both clinical training and lived experience to this work. As many of us have, I’ve navigated my own health challenges; two births, postpartum healing, parenthood, business pivots, life transitions, and grief. Walking various paths has allowed me to widen my perspective and look at things from all angles, especially our humanness. 

I grew up in Missoula, Montana, surrounded by mountains, rivers, and a big family.  I moved to Bend in 2023 where I’ve had the pleasure of growing my practice, community, and self.  These days, you’ll find me mom-ing my two daughters, trail running, hiking, getting outside, cooking, and silversmithing jewelry.
