A man with a beard and bald head smiling outdoors on a sunny day, standing in front of trees with green leaves.

I was born and raised locally in Portland, Oregon before relocating to the beautiful city of Bend. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest afforded me endless hours out in nature. I have always been an athlete with a passion for football, swimming, hiking and surfing (in my much younger years!).

I was born with an innate gift to feel othersโ€™ emotions in an intense and sometimes confusing way. After going through a hard time and losing my father in my early 20's I found massage therapy and discovered my passion for healing. I decided to pursue massage therapy as a career and as a way to use my gift as an empath to help heal others.

Fast forward 10 years later, I discovered acupuncture after being involved in a number of car accidents and looking for a new way to treat the pain holistically.

Living in Bend, OR is an absolute dream come true and I could not be more excited! Outside of my practice, I am blessed to have an amazing wife and 2 beautiful dogs to explore this wonderful area with.

About the Initial Visit + Treatment

Your initial visit begins with deep listening and a comprehensive intake process. Youโ€™ll have the opportunity to share your primary reason for seeking care, your current state of wellness, medical history, and your goals for healing. A physical assessment may be included, which could involve palpation, physical testing, tongue observation, and pulse reading.

Following the intake, your treatment will begin. This may include a blend of ancient and modern healing modalities such as acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, aromatherapy, energy work, and mindfulness practices. Treatments are always collaborativeโ€”only the techniques youโ€™re comfortable with will be used, and open communication about your needs and preferences is welcome.

Each session concludes with a customized treatment plan, which may include food therapy or lifestyle recommendations, movement or qigong exercises, and the potential use of herbal medicine. The goal is to support your inner-ecosystem in returning to balance so you can thrive.
