Deposit: We collect a $75 refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining cost of the appointment will be collected at the end of the appointment if you are paying cash.

Insurance: We are in-network for PacificSource commercial plans for Naturopathic Care and Acupuncture. If we are billing insurance (PacificSource Commercial plans only), the $75 will be refunded at the appointment or applied towards the co-pay/co-insurance, cost of labs or supplements.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, the $75 deposit will not be refunded.
